ABHE Standard 3: Institutional Integrity
The Institution is a model of Christian ethical behavior, both internally and externally. The institution demonstrates integrity in all of its practices and relationships, with strict adherence to ethical standards and its own stated policies.
Analysis of Evidences
While the numbers responding were very limited, a survey of LBC’s constituencies indicates that an overwhelming majority believe LBC conducts itself with integrity. Likewise, employees of the College believe LBC is a Best Christian Workplace when it comes to a Culture of Character as the College went from a the 59th percentile in 2007 to the 82nd percentile in 2011.
